We can support you in developing knowledge management, neighbourhood management, and harm, threat and risk management strategies based on the best available business and community intelligence.

 

Emotional Intelligence

We can assist you to recognise and use your own and other's emotional characteristics, such as verbal and non-verbal communication, non-verbal perception and empathy to problem solve and regulate behaviour. We can also support you to regulate and utilise emotion for flexible planning, creative thinking, redirected attention and motivation.

 

Social Intelligence

We can assist you to enrich your organisation's personal relationships with others by utilising your emotional competencies and help you to re-evaluate your business relationships. We can also assist you in using emotional intelligence, social intelligence, social capital and collective efficacy to reduce harm, threat and risk to your organisation.
